18 week update

Well, Today was my last day with my students at work! Yea for summer! Even though I will be teaching summer school (signed up for that before we knew I was pregnant). And now I feel like I can actually spend some time with this blog stuff and add some pictures!
As I posted last time we know we are having a boy and probably having a girl but I wanted to show you their beautiful pictures!

They are both doing great and I am also hanging in there. I am super tired and the twins have really put a damper on my ability to shop- I just get too tired, too quick! The Dr. called me yesterday and increased my Thyroid medicine... although he did not explain on the message he left so I will wait to ask the new Dr. in two weeks at my next appt.
OH I almost forgot the most important thing! I am starting to feel the babies move a little. Everyone I know told me it feels like butterflies - so I was not sure what I was feeling when it happened - Let me be the first to tell you, I DO NOT FEEL ANY BUTTERFLIES! It feels more like someone has flicked me in the belly! But it is pretty cool!
My next appt is on June 28th!
