I am oficially starting the 6th month now - 23 weeks
I just got back from the doctor and thought I would share some things...
I have gained 2 lbs so 7 lbs total... I asked the doctor if my due date would change since there are two babies and she said that they keep the due date at 40 weeks but that we should expect them to come a month early... THAT MEANS EARLY OCTOBER! Doc said that everything looks good and we listened to their hearts... they sound great! I have an ultrasound scheduled for July 27th and Mom is going to come with Tracy and I since she was in California for the 20 week ultrasound. She is excited and I cant wait to get more pictures! Today's appointment was mostly to get my blood checked again to see if my Thyroid is doing good... I wont know anything until Monday or Tuesday.
I have started seeing the Doctor every 2 weeks because I am considered a High-Risk Pregnancy (since there are two babies) and that will continue until the end of August and then for the month of September I will start going every week until the babies are born. I don't mind going often because it gives me the chance to hear from the Doctor that everything is going good.
We finally finished the closet in the babies room yesterday and I just love to walk in there and look at the few clothes that I have so far. My friend Tatum gave me a bunch of her daughters clothes today so I cant wait to get some hangers and get them put away!
I am going to take a picture of the belly tonight so I will try to post that tomorrow! It has really grown in the past two weeks! Oh- the babies are a little over 1 lb now and around 8 inches long.
